Packaging & Shipping

Pre-Packaging Preparation:
Clean the cable surface to remove dust and oil stains.
Wrap the cable with moisture-proof PE film to prevent oxidation and water damage.
Winding & Fixing:
Wind the cable evenly on the drum to avoid tangling during uncoiling.
Use steel straps to fix the cable ends to prevent loosening during transportation.
Sealing & Protection:
Seal drum lids with waterproof tape (for sea shipping).
Add shock-absorbing foam between the cable and drum to reduce vibration damage.
Quality Inspection:
Check drum integrity (no cracks, loose hoops) before shipping.
Verify packaging meets international shipping standards (ISPM 15 for wooden packages).
